Phillip J. Duncan - Lawyer in Little RockPhillip was born in Blytheville, Arkansas. He attended Arkansas State University, and graduated with a B.A. in business in 1971. Upon graduation from ASU, he attended the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville School of Law.

Phillip began his legal career as a lawyer in the Public Defender's Office. He then entered private practice, and has proudly represented clients in Arkansas for more than 30 years. Phillip played a major role in successfully processing the following cases:
