Michalene has worked in the legal field for nearly 30 years. She received her BS degree from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA).
Michalene started with the firm in 1993 as a file clerk and transitioned to paralegal before she was offered a full time position at the Arkansas Supreme Court in 2005. At the state’s highest court, she worked as an assistant to Arkansas Supreme Court Justices Tom Glaze, Elana Wills and Courtney Hudson over the course of twelve years. Eventually, Michalene found her way back to the Duncan Firm. Now, she assists our attorneys with cases from inception to completion and is a valuable resource to us in all phases of litigation, using her almost three decades of experience in the law.
Outside of her work at the firm, Michalene enjoys being outdoors, traveling, walking her dog, spending time with family and friends and fostering dogs for local animal rescues and shelters.
